Grit Performance's training and coaching services offers you the unique opportunity to have a physio-guided training program designed specifically for you based on your body, musculoskeletal assessment, past and current injuries, and endurance sport goals. Research shows that athletes are more motivated, make quicker gains, feel more supported, and have greater success when individually coached in their sport.

 

Craig carries an NCCP triathlon coaching certificate, is a Certified Triathlon Coach (ITCA),  and is a member of Sport Physiotherapy Canada. His medical education, coaching training combined with his experience as a IRONMAN AWA GOLD athlete and 4 time Kona finisher, gives solid evidence-based direction to your athletic pursuits. 

 

GRIT Performance COACHING includes:

  • monthly individual face to face consultation to review goals, progress, plans and questions

  • PT musculoskeletal assessment

  • guided training zones analysis

  • custom training plan in 4 weeks blocks

  • individual stretching and/or strengthening program

  • unlimited e-mail correspondance

  • minimum 4 month committment

  • nutrition planning including everyday recommendations, pre-post workout nutrition, race day strategies, and recipes

  • race preparation, planning, race debriefing and review

  • GRIT Performance swag

  • 15% off all other GRIT performance services (including bike fitting, gait assessments, physiotherapy treatments)

  • use of GRIT training studio for training and workouts every Monday, Wednesday,  and Friday

  • free attendance for  GRIT education seminars

  • first dibs on registration for GRIT Performance Training Camps
