The nutritional needs of those training and racing in an endurance sport such as running, triathlon or cycling is very different from the nutritional needs for other sports. Calories, hydration, and recovery nutrition is a key part of performance. Join Registered Dietician, Harrison Blizzard to learn the specifics of fueling your body well. Harrison specializes in Elite Performance, Sport and Competition Nutrition. Seminar will be held at RD Nutrition. Cost is $10. Open to ALL Central Alberta Endurance Athletes!
